    Delivery Manager/Project Manager D365 F&O



    • Lead projects with the ability to properly initiate, plan, execute, control and close work to meet outlined success criteria
    • To research, define, design, plan and manage the delivery of Dynamics solutions
    • Produce project deliverables consistent with project management methodologies including, but not limited to, project schedules staffing plans, status reports, communication plans, and lessons learned
    • To collaborate closely with development and product management teams to deliver results that will have an enormous impact on delivering the solutions
    • Align project tasks and team accountabilities with boundaries of agreed-upon scope
    • Communicate issues and risks to project team and senior management
    • Monitor and report on project tasks, milestones, and estimated budget
    • Ensure project changes and key decisions are properly identified, communicated, documented and managed
    • Facilitate meetings to discuss project status and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner

    Preferred Skills

    • Having 6+ years of experience driving technical projects from requirements gathering through Go-Live, including managing project schedules, removing roadblocks, and keeping processes running smoothly
    • In depth knowledge on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Retail Server solution design and technical program management
    • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with software development teams including engineers, other program managers, product managers, and business partners regarding architecture, design, development and overall program strategy and execution
    • Experience providing communications and program updates at a management level
    • Experience in working with globally distributed teams in business and technical domains to achieve results and impact
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity, assess opportunities and develop principles to prioritize multiple strategic and tactical options, and drive issues to closure with a high bar on quality
    • Experience working in an agile, experimentation-oriented/ dynamic environment
    • Experience with Service Management, Change Management, Release Management and Product Life Cycle is a plus
