Initiation: This is the first phase where we assess the stakeholders and draft the project charter with mission and vision statements​.

Business and Technical Architecture: This is another iterative phase to align on the high-level to-be integration and application architecture in collaboration with both tech and business teams.

Business Process Modeling: This phase is the vanilla requirement gathering phase to define the MVP business requirements and lockdown epics and stories​.

Fit Gap Modeling: This is the most iterative phase where the technology consulting teams will demo the out of box solution and features catering to the requirements while assessing the fits and gaps​.

Build: This phase is where we will complete configuration for the out of box fits as well as design and build for the gaps identified. Functional and technical documentation for the configurations and gaps will be produced and approved during this phase.

Quality Assurance and Testing: This is another intensive phase where a dedicated quality assurance team performs functional and performance testing. This is supported by the consulting team with hands on testing that includes the customer business and technical users.

Roll Out: This is the cutover phase where all the pieces are sequenced together in alignment with other projects and business events in the enterprise and ultimately the solution is rolled out into production.

Hyper Care and Training: This is the final phase where we provide white-glove support and training to users in a dedicated command center model.
